A Rosa peace or hybrid tea rose is a rose. Their scientific name is Rosa ‘Madame A. Meilland. Rosa peace got voted into the rose hall of fame in 1976, and later got the award rose of the 20th century. It’s one of the most famous flowers in the world. It was bred by Francis Meilland in France, 1935. It’s season of interest is late spring, summer, and early to mid fall.

 

It’s height is 129-210cm. It’s spreading is 60-90cm. It’s spacing is 90cm. Rosa peace heat zones are 5-9. In 1939 They became an invasive species to Germany.  Their garden style is city&courtyard, cutting garden, informal, and cottage etc.
